As global customer field engineer will provide corporate technical assistance support which includes debugging mainframe computers and developing outdated products. Customer engineers need to keep up to date on the latest technical developments in their company's customers. As global customer engineers are asked to repair specific equipment or installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment for examples, workstation, registry, calibrating customer’s equipment and front-end POS systems. Performing first line service and maintenance on ATMs, Airport's Self-service check-in kiosks, servers, in charge of repairing large scale networking problems and testing of equipment. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Keep management advised of issues and developments. Ensure instrumentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards.
