Job Description:

• Executing monthly bookkeeping tasks for all assigned work and keeping up with monthly reconciliations of all the accounts.
• At least 2 year of relevant experience working on US accounting, bookkeeping.
• Working Experience on Quick books software.
• Having experience on daily operations of the accounting in QuickBooks.
• Produce financial statements as required.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Knowledge and experience with Xero, FreshBooks and Zoho Books are all considered plus.

Requirements

• Having 2+ Years of Experience in US accounting.
• Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Candidates should be comfortable in US shifts.
• Highly motivated, Self-Learner, Problem Solver.
