We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduler. This role involves providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a background in radiology, either through an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, such as a B.Sc or M.Sc in radiography. This position requires strong English language skills, both written and oral, as the candidate will be communicating with US clients regularly.

Job Description:

  • Document Management: Organize and manage legal and medical documents related to cases, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing systems.
  • Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication between legal teams, healthcare providers, expert witnesses, and clients to ensure smooth information exchange and coordination of case-related activities.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule medical examinations, depositions, court appearances, and other necessary appointments for clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses involved in cases.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with tracking billable hours, generating invoices, and managing financial transactions related to services provided.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain an organized calendar for attorneys, ensuring important deadlines, court dates, and case-related events are properly scheduled and tracked.
  • Client Support: Provide administrative support to clients by answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and addressing their concerns regarding matters.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and comply with legal and ethical requirements in handling sensitive medical and legal information.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations for healthcare providers, ensuring proper coordination and avoiding conflicts.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: Handle rescheduling and cancellation requests from patients, making necessary adjustments to the calendar and notifying relevant parties.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, such as examination rooms, medical equipment, and staff, to ensure efficient use of available resources.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Manage the expert witness's calendar for trial appearances and depositions.
    • Coordinate with legal teams, courts, and other parties to schedule appointments.
    • Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for the expert's participation in legal proceedings.
 
  • Communication:
    • Engage in professional and effective communication with US-based clients via calls and emails.
    • Act as a liaison between the expert witness and legal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
 
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare and organize documents related to legal cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain a record of all scheduled activities and pertinent case information.
 
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Possess excellent analytical skills to quickly understand and interpret complex information and legal documents.
 
  • Office Attendance:
    • Report to the work daily during the specified working hours.
 
  • Adaptability and Quick Learning:
    • Be a quick learner, adapting to new information and procedures efficiently.
    • Stay updated on relevant legal and developments to enhance job performance.
 
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support for the expert witness.
    • Work closely with legal and administrative staff to streamline processes.
Work from Home:
    • This role provide the option for remote work.
 

Preferred candidate profile

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in radiography (B.Sc or M.Sc).
  • High fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Candidate with strong clinical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with organized workflow.
